Great food, amazingly attentive and top-class staff who provides a great service. Amazing marvellous location, to be ongoing for the indefinite future as towers are being built by Mousai. Also - near to Mexico around 3-4 times per year, and outside restaurants and shopping;)))

Best Honeymoon Destination Ever!
There was a large group of visitors that made a lot of noise at night, which disrupted our sleep. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was still a negative aspect of our stay.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing staff and their warm hospitality. The view from our private balcony hot tub was breathtaking. The on-site restaurants served delicious food, and the ceviche on the beach was our favorite. The resort offered free paddle boarding and kayaking, and snorkeling in the nearby national park was a must-do. Hotel Mousai provided a fantastic experience.
Felt completely safe, no complaints.

Stayed during Easter and enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop pool along with the delicious food and amazing service. The all-inclusive package was a great value and included top-notch drinks and meals. The included activities were also a plus, with something for everyone. The beach was clean and well-maintained.
The staff was lacking in communication skills at times, causing some confusion and frustration. The noise from construction was noticeable at times and could be bothersome.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was designed flawlessly, with superior category and awesome ocean views. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including 5 different restaurants for dinner and 3 for breakfast. The staff was beyond superb, everyone was kind and warm. We felt safe the entire time and the hotel's location provided easy access to transportation to explore the city.
Don't have any issues at all.
